Strategy

With a complete understanding of existing processes, practices and behaviors paired with a consensus view of the end state, =C will develop a methodology to accomplish the program's goals.  Our work includes defining roles, designing processes, creating tools and identifying metrics. Our services include the following:

  • Design Brief: For a move or remodel, the design brief communicates the goals and parameters of the project to the larger team.  These include program development, qualitative environment, sustainability goals, brand and executive vision among other aspects.
  • Global Guidelines: Guidelines support an internal team in gaining approvals, delivery consistent quality and reducing on-boarding time for new partners.
  • Instructional Design: Changing behavior involves education.  Preferred practices, new technologies, space protocols or modeled behaviors can be communicated through face to face or web based platforms.
  • Service Design: In the process of research we often discover practices that have become unwieldy, ineffective, too constrained or overly loose.  =C is adept at analyzing the multi-tiered goals of a practice to discover new potential to improve client or employee experience.
  • Change Management: =C has a long history of designing and implementing programs to support employee change.  It's where the C came from.  More than simple communications, we design programs that engage stakeholders in clever and meaningful ways.  The result is less disruption, more alignment and fun.
  • Business Case Development: We understand that a large part of planning change is winning support from leadership throughout the organization.  Translating a strategy to a strong business case communicates the reasons for change and the benefits to the organization and employee.
  • Marketing Strategy: Sometimes our work asks us to engage populations outside the organization.  How does the proposed change affect the customer or business partner? Are there additional audiences who would benefit from exposure to the program.  =C can support efforts to communicate a change to larger communities.

With a strategy in place, =C can help identify the messages, audiences and media that make up a communications plan.  Adept at understanding what has meaning to the targeted audiences, we can craft the messages and plan the media to amplify effectiveness.  Our work includes:
