The new corporate campus?

I was published in TraceSF last week with a review of a panel discussion about new corporate campuses.  Forest City (developer of 5M here in SF) was there with Google and Facebook.  While all are innovating in a fashion, the 5M stuff blew me away.  Can it happen?  Will it work?  There is great energy at the corner of 5th and Mission with TechShop, The Hub, Off the Grid, SFMADE and Intersection for the arts. change is inevitable
